Celebrating an Outstanding Academic and Leadership Millstone

Please join me in celebrating an outstanding academic and leadership milestone as we introduce the latest double doctorate holder, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, PhD, CFR. With a PhD in Law from the University of Calabar and a PhD in Policy and Strategic Studies from the University of Abuja Leadership Centre, this achievement further affirms his intellectual depth, strategic capacity, and distinguished national relevance.

This is why he remains a commanding voice whenever he speaks—rooted in knowledge, driven by vision, and backed by uncommon grace.

It is therefore no surprise that the critical responsibility of constitutional reform, review, and amendments rests on his shoulders, taking Nigeria to a greater height.
