Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, says the inauguration of the newly reconstructed National Arts Theatre, Iganmu — now renamed the Wole Soyinka Centre for Arts and Creative Culture — is a historic milestone for Nigeria.
