The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, was direct and welcoming as he received the Governor of Enugu State into the Progressive Family during a well-attended gathering today.

Kalu described the Governor’s defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC) as a testament to the party’s growing influence and credibility, particularly in the South-East.
